Pak Herwan has an extensive 28 years experience in finance, corporate governance, business development, and strategy, who currently serves as an independent commissioner and committee member across various sectors, including ICT, financial services, and tourism, among others. His career highlights include roles as the Finance Director and CFO at Rio Tinto Indonesia and Managing Director at AWR Lloyd.

He is also actively involved in shaping governance with the Komite Nasional Kebijakan Governansi. His educational background includes a BA in Economics and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
